This website is operated by Margarito's Service Painting, a residential house-painting business based in Moncks Corner, SC 29461 and serving the greater Charleston and Lowcountry area of South Carolina. By using it, you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Information on this site is not a quotation

Descriptions of services, processes and materials on this site are general information about how we work. They are not an offer, a quotation or a contract, and nothing on this site guarantees a particular price, timescale or outcome for your project.

A quotation only exists when we have visited the property, assessed the work and given you a written estimate. Where that written estimate differs from anything on this website, the written estimate is what applies.

Estimates

Estimates are free and carry no obligation, within approximately 35 miles of Moncks Corner. An estimate is based on the condition of the property as it was when we saw it. Conditions that could not reasonably be seen at that visit — hidden rot, substrate failure beneath an existing coating, or damage found once masking or scraping begins — may change the scope, and we will raise it with you before doing additional work.

Photography and content

The project photographs on this site are our own work. The text, images, logo and layout of this site belong to Margarito's Service Painting and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without our written permission.

Insurance and licensing

Margarito's Service Painting carries insurance, and proof of insurance is provided with your estimate. We do not represent ourselves as a licensed general contractor. South Carolina does not generally require a state license for residential painting, and we make no claim to hold one.

Links to other sites

This site links to our Facebook and TikTok pages and to Google. We are not responsible for the content of those services or for how they handle your information — their own terms and policies apply once you leave this site.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as-is. We take care to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the general information it contains. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
